Common use of Title; Location Clause in Contracts

Title; Location. You shall serve as President and Chief Operating Officer of Activision Blizzard. Your principal place of business initially shall be the Employer’s headquarters in Santa Monica, California; provided, however, that you acknowledge and agree that you may be required to travel from time to time for business reasons.
