Title; Return. The Court Data Services Programs and Court Data Services Databases, and related documentation, including but not limited to training and configuration material, if any, and logon account information and passwords, if any, made available by the Court to Subscriber directly or through the BCA and all copies, including partial copies, thereof are and remain the property of the respective licensor. Except as expressly provided in section 12.b., within ten days of the effective date of termination of this Subscriber Amendment or the CJDN Subscriber Agreement or within ten days of a request for termination of Authorized Court Data Service as described in section 4, Subscriber shall either: (i) uninstall and return any and all copies of the applicable Court Data Services Programs and Court Data Services Databases, and related documentation, including but not limited to training and configuration materials, if any, and logon account information, if any; or (2) destroy the same and certify in writing to the Court that the same have been destroyed.
Title; Return. All Proprietary Information disclosed under this Contract in tangible form (including without limitation information incorporated in computer software or held in electronic storage means) shall be and remain the property of the disclosing party. All notes, memoranda or other materials created or fabricated by the receiving party, including without limitation evaluations, based upon Proprietary Information or prepared by the receiving party which include Proprietary Information shall be considered Proprietary Information for all purposes under this Contract. Subject to Purchaser’s rights under Article *** upon request of the disclosing party, all such Proprietary Information shall be returned to the disclosing party or shall be destroyed by the receiving party and shall not thereafter be retained in any form by the receiving party. Upon request of the disclosing party, the receiving party shall certify in writing that such party has either returned or destroyed all Proprietary Information previously received from the disclosing party. The rights and obligations of the Parties under this Article 25 shall survive any such return or destruction of Proprietary Information.

Within ten days of the effective date of termination of this Agreement, Civil Legal Services Subscriber shall either: (i) uninstall and return any and all copies of the applicable Court Data Services Programs and Court Data Services Databases, and related documentation, including but not limited to training and configuration materials, if any, and logon account information; or (2) destroy the same and certify in writing to the Court that the same have been destroyed.

The MNCIS Programs, MNCIS Databases, and related documentation, including but not limited to training material and login account information and passwords, made available by the State and SCAO to Subscriber hereunder, and all copies, including partial copies, thereof are and remain the property of the respective licensor. Within ten days of the effective date of termination of this Agreement, Subscriber shall either: (i) return any and all copies of the MNCIS Programs, MNCIS Databases, and related documentation, including but not limited to training materials and logon account information; or (2) destroy the same and certify in writing to the State that the same have been destroyed.
Title; Return. When the offer is ineffective, the person designated to receive the acceptances will be bound to return the documents accrediting the shares entitlement that he/she received, in a maximum three-day working day from the date on which the offer was declared ineffective. All expenses shall be on account of the offeror. The same term will apply to the return of the acceptances that are not awarded due to the prorated form referred to in the previous Article. This Agreement shall become effective upon its publication on the Official Gazette.
