TITLE TO AIRLINE INSTALLED IMPROVEMENTS AND PROPERTY. As to improvements and property installed and paid for by Airline under the terms of this Agreement, Airline will retain title to all of its trade fixtures and equipment only, except as may otherwise be provided for in this Agreement, or other Agreements, between the parties hereto.
