Title to Alterations. All alterations, additions and improvements existing in the Premises on the Commencement Date or thereafter installed in, on or about the Premises or the Center (except as otherwise expressly provided in this Section 9.2) shall become part of the Center and the real property on which it is located and shall become the property of Landlord, unless Landlord elects, in the case of any alterations, additions or improvements installed after the Commencement Date, to require Tenant to remove the same upon the termination of this Lease (subject to the provisions of Section 9.2(c) below).
