Title to Data. 6.24.1 All materials, documents, data or information obtained from the COUNTY and/or DISTRICT, as applicable, data files or any COUNTY and/or DISTRICT, as applicable, medium furnished to the A/E in the performance of this CONTRACT, will at all times remain the property of the COUNTY and/or DISTRICT, as applicable. Such data or information may not be used or copied for direct or indirect use by the A/E after completion or termination of this CONTRACT without the express written consent of the COUNTY and/or DISTRICT, as applicable. 6.24.2 All materials, documents, data or information, including copies furnished by COUNTY and/or DISTRICT, as applicable, and loaned to A/E for his temporary use, must be returned to the COUNTY and/or DISTRICT, as applicable, at the end of this CONTRACT unless otherwise specified by the DIRECTOR.
