Completion Criteria. 31G will have fulfilled its obligations when one of the following first occurs: 1. 31G expends the value of the estimated charges set forth in the “Charges” section of this Agreement, or in any subsequent change authorisation; or 2. expiration of the Service Period as described above; or 3. Customer or 31G terminates the project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
