This task is considered complete when the system interface is capable of exchanging the information in the required format between J-CORR and FileNet and the interface is ready to be unit tested and verified to be operational by the County. Completion Criteria. 31G will have fulfilled its obligations when one of the following first occurs:
1. 31G expends the value of the estimated charges set forth in the “Charges” section of this Agreement, or in any subsequent change authorisation; or
2. expiration of the Service Period as described above; or
3. Customer or 31G terminates the project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Completion Criteria. Services will be deemed complete unless within 10 days after delivery, You give Licensor written notice of aspects in which the Services do not meet the SOW requirements. Upon receipt of such written notice, Licensor will use commercially reasonable efforts to make such changes as will be required to correct any deficiencies; if Licensor is unable to correct the Services within a reasonable period of time, Licensor or You may terminate the relevant SOW and Licensor shall provide a refund of the amount You paid for the Services Licensor did not correct.
