Common use of Title to Improvements Clause in Contracts

Title to Improvements. Upon installation or erection of Improvements by Contractor, such Improvements (but excluding any of Contractor's personal property and trade fixtures which are attached or affixed thereto) shall become a part of the realty upon which they are erected and title thereto shall vest in the City. Upon vesting, the Improvements become part of the Concession Space and are subject to the terms applicable to the Concession Space within this Agreement.
