Common use of Title VII of Civil Rights Act Clause in Contracts

Title VII of Civil Rights Act. Contractor shall comply with Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000), as amended by the Equal Opportunity Act of March 24, 1972 (Public Law No. 92-261), and with all applicable rules, regulations and orders promulgated pursuant thereto, as now in existence or as hereafter amended.
