Common use of Titled Vehicles Clause in Contracts

Titled Vehicles. Each Grantor will give the Administrative Agent notice of its acquisition of any vehicle covered by a certificate of title that constitutes a portion of the PP&E Component and deliver to the Administrative Agent, upon request, the original of the vehicle title certificate with respect to any such vehicle and provide and/or file all other documents or instruments necessary to have the Lien of the Administrative Agent noted on any such certificate or with the appropriate state office.

Titled Vehicles. Each Such Grantor will give the Administrative Agent notice of its acquisition of any vehicle covered by a certificate of title that constitutes a portion of the PP&E Component and deliver to the Administrative Agent, upon request, the original of the any vehicle title certificate with respect to any such vehicle and provide and/or file all other documents or instruments necessary to have the Lien of the Administrative Agent noted on any such certificate or with the appropriate state office.

Each Such Grantor will give the Administrative Agent notice of its acquisition of any vehicle (other than any vehicle subject to a Lien that is permitted under Section 6.02(d) of the Credit Agreement) covered by a certificate of title that constitutes a portion of the PP&E Component and deliver to the Administrative Agent, upon request, the original of the any vehicle title certificate with respect to any such vehicle and provide and/or file all other documents or instruments necessary to have the Lien of the Administrative Agent noted on any such certificate or with the appropriate state office.

Each Upon the request of the Administrative Agent, such Grantor will give the Administrative Agent notice of its acquisition of any vehicle covered by a certificate of title that constitutes a portion of the PP&E Component and deliver to the Administrative Agent, upon request, the original of the any vehicle title certificate with respect to any such vehicle and provide and/or file all other documents or instruments necessary to have the Lien of the Administrative Agent noted on any such certificate or with the appropriate state office.

Each Grantor will give the Administrative Agent notice of its acquisition of any vehicle covered by a certificate of title that constitutes a portion and, if required under the terms of the PP&E Component and Credit Agreements, deliver to the Administrative Agent, upon request, the original of the any vehicle title certificate with respect to any such vehicle and provide and/or file do all other documents or instruments things necessary to have the Lien of the Administrative Agent noted on any such certificate or with the appropriate state officecertificate.

Titled Vehicles. Each Grantor will give the Administrative Agent notice of its acquisition of any vehicle covered by a certificate of title that constitutes having a portion value in excess of the PP&E Component $100,000 and will deliver to the Administrative Agent, upon request, the original of the any vehicle title certificate with respect to any such vehicle and provide and/or file do all other documents or instruments things necessary to have the Lien of the Administrative Agent noted on any such certificate or with the appropriate state officecertificate.
