TO ELECTRONIC DISCLOSURES. Scope of Communications to be provided in Electronic Form. In accordance with state and federal law, you agree that we may communicate or otherwise conduct business with you electronically. You agree that we may provide you with any Communications in electronic format, including information we may be required by law to give you “in writing” or electronically with your consent. You also agree that we may use electronic records and signatures in our relationship with you. We may always, in our sole discretion, provide you with any Communications on paper, even if you have authorized electronic delivery.
