Full Integration This Agreement, including the attached Order, is the final written expression and the complete and exclusive statement of all the agreements, conditions, promises, representations, and covenants between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supercedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, negotiations, representations, understandings, and discussions between and among the parties, their respective representatives, and any other person or entity, with respect to the subject matter covered hereby.
Pueblo scholarship This articulation transfer agreement replaces all previous agreements between ACC and CSU-Pueblo in Bachelor of Social Work. This agreement will be reviewed annually and revised (if necessary) as mutually agreed.

PIONEERING Pioneering may not extend past construction that will be completed during the current construction season. Pioneering may not extend more than 500 feet beyond completed construction unless approved in writing by the Contract Administrator. In addition, the following actions must be taken as pioneering progresses: Drainage must be provided on all uncompleted construction. Road pioneering operations may not undercut the final cut slope or restrict drainage. Culverts at live stream crossings must be installed during pioneering operations prior to embankment.

PAYMODE Payments by state agencies using the State’s accounting system shall be made and remittance information provided electronically as directed by the State. These payments shall be deposited into the bank account of Contractor’s choice. The State may, at its sole discretion, require Contractor to electronically submit invoices and supporting documentation at any time during the term of this Agreement. Contractor understands and agrees that the State is exempt from the payment of taxes. All payments shall be in United States currency.

Outreach and Education The agencies agree to coordinate, conduct joint outreach presentations, and prepare and distribute publications, when appropriate, for the regulated community of common concern. • The agencies agree to work with each other to provide a side-by-side comparison of laws with overlapping provisions and jurisdiction. • The agencies agree to provide a hyperlink on each agency’s website linking users directly to the outreach materials in areas of mutual jurisdiction and concern. • The agencies agree to jointly disseminate outreach materials to the regulated community, when appropriate. • All materials bearing the DOL or DOL/WHD name, logo, or seal must be approved in advance by DOL. • All materials bearing the OEAS name, logo, or seal must be approved in advance by OEAS.
