To substitute drivers Clause Samples

The 'To substitute drivers' clause allows a party, typically a transportation provider, to replace one driver with another for the performance of contracted services. In practice, this means that if the originally assigned driver is unavailable due to illness, scheduling conflicts, or other reasons, the company can assign a different qualified driver to fulfill the obligations without breaching the agreement. This clause ensures continuity of service and operational flexibility, addressing potential disruptions caused by driver unavailability.
