TOBACCO USAGE. The State of Colorado and therefore Colorado State University and University Housing prohibit the use of tobacco products in all facilities and a University grounds. This includes cigarettes, pipes, chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and all similar products.

This includes cigarettes, pipes, chewing tobacco, e-cigarettes, vape pens, and all similar products. This provision is strictly enforced by the University. Violation of this policy will result in a $100.00 assessment for each occurrence and may also result in disciplinary action and/or eviction.
