Common use of Toilet Facilities Clause in Contracts

Toilet Facilities. Not to use or permit or suffer the toilet facilities in the said building, whether used exclusively by the Tenant or not, to be used for any purpose other than that for which they are intended and not to throw or permit or suffer to be thrown therein any foreign substance of any kind and the Tenant shall on demand pay to the Landlord or the building manager as the case may be the whole expense of any breakage blockage or damage resulting from a violation of this Clause.
