Common use of Toilet Facilities Clause in Contracts

Toilet Facilities. The Contractor shall provide and maintain, in a neat and sanitary condition, adequate temporary toilet facilities for the use of any and all employees engaged on the Work, in strict compliance with the requirements of all applicable codes, regulations, laws, and ordinances. In no event may present toilet facilities of any existing building at the site of the Work be used by employees of the Contractor or its subcontractors. Upon final completion of the Work, the Contractor shall remove all such temporary toilet facilities from the site and restore to original conditions.
