Common use of Tolling Period Clause in Contracts

Tolling Period. If the Executive fails to comply with section 6.2 and the Employer seeks to enforce compliance by judicial proceedings, the time period during which the Executive is prohibited from competing with the Employer shall be extended by the time during which the Executive has actually competed with the Employer or has been in violation of section 6.2 and any period of litigation required to enforce the Executive’s obligations.
