Mechanics who are required to use their own tools shall be reimbursed up to $150.00 per calendar year, non‐accumulativenon-accumulative, for the purchase of approved new tools that are required in the performance of their duties. Effective 2000 October 12, in any case where a Trades 2 Mechanic is required by the Corporation to provide their own mechanic’s hand tools to perform their work for the Corporation, such employee shall be paid a flat Tool Allowance in the amount of forty dollars ($40.00) bi-weekly.
