Top-Heavy Plan Definitions. For purposes of this Article, the following terms shall have the meanings provided below:

Top-Heavy Plan Definitions. Unless a different meaning is plainly implied by the context, the following terms as used in this Article X shall have the following meanings:
Top-Heavy Plan Definitions. This Plan shall be a Top-Heavy Plan for any Plan Year if, as of the Determination Date, -55- 67 the Aggregate of the Accounts under the Plan for Members and Former Members who are Key Employees exceeds 60% of the present value of the Aggregate of the Accounts for all Members and Former Members, or if this Plan is required to be in an Aggregation Group which for such Plan Year is a Top-Heavy Group. For purposes of making this determination, the present value of the Aggregate of the Accounts for a Member (i) who is not a Key Employee, but who was a Key Employee in a prior year; or (ii) who has not performed any Services for the Employer at any time during the 5-year period ending on the Determination Date, shall be disregarded.
