Common use of Tort Claims Clause in Contracts

Tort Claims. It is not the intention of this Omnibus Agreement to remove from any of the Members any protection provided by any applicable Tort Claims Act. However, between ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Lender, the Borrower retains full liability to the Lender for any claims brought against the Lender as described in other provisions of this Omnibus Agreement.
