TOTAL AMOUNT OF THIS CONTRACT. The total amount of this Contract will not exceed $1,851,196.00. All expenditures under this Contract will be in accordance with Attachment B (Budget).

TOTAL AMOUNT OF THIS CONTRACT. The total amount of this Contract will not exceed $850,000. All expenditures under this Contract will be in accordance with the Statement of Work and Deliverable Schedule (Attachment A).
TOTAL AMOUNT OF THIS CONTRACT. 1. The CONTRACTOR agrees to pay to the SUBCONTRACTOR, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the sum of ($.00) (the “Subcontract Price”) for the scope described herein.
TOTAL AMOUNT OF THIS CONTRACT. The total amount of this Contract will not exceed $172,294.78, which is comprised of an estimated reimbursement of $24,613.54 for each federal fiscal year. If at any time during performing this Contract, the Contractor has reason to believe that the total price to Princeton University for performing this Contract will be substantially greater or less than stated Not-to-Exceed Price, the Contractor shall so notify Princeton University, giving a revised estimate of the total price for performing this Contract, with supporting reasons and documentation. If at any time during performance of this Contract, Princeton University has reason to believe that the cost required to perform the Work of this Contract will be substantially greater or less than the stated Not-to-Exceed Price, Princeton University will so advise the Contractor, giving the then- revised estimate of the total amount of effort to be required under the Contract.

  • Amount of Compensation City shall pay Contractor for performance of all Services rendered in accordance with this Contract in an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.
