Final Design Phase A. After acceptance by Owner of the Preliminary Design Phase documents, revised opinion of probable Construction Cost as determined in the Preliminary Design Phase, and/or any other Right of Way plan documents, subject to any Owner-directed modifications or changes in the scope, extent, character, or design requirements of or for the Project, and upon written authorization from Owner, Engineer shall:
Monthly Fee 2.1 The monthly fee is € . The monthly fee includes value-added tax at the statutory rate, which is currently 19%. Termination Fee Charge A. In the event the Judicial Council terminates this Agreement pursuant to the “Termination Other Than for Cause” provision, as set forth in Exhibit A, the Judicial Council may be charged a Termination Fee, not to exceed the amount specified in Exhibit G.
Final Design A.4.1. First Year Wage Adjustment Effective July 1, 2017, all salary ranges and rates shall be increased by two percent (2.0%), rounded to the nearest cent.
