Total Fee. City agrees to pay Consulting Engineer/Architect a total fee in a minimum amount of five thousand and 00/100 dollars ($5,000.00) but not to exceed two hundred thousand dollars and 00/100 ($200,000.00) annually, including reimbursables, for the contract period.
