Annual Maintenance. 9.1 Beginning on a date that is one year after the Commercial Operation Date, and annually thereafter until the date on which the Project is no longer operational (for purposes of this provision, the Project will be considered operational until the Project is decommissioned in accordance with the Development Agreement), NEMO shall pay the County the greater of (i) the cost of 3,000 tons of 1 ¼ inch MGS aggregate, and (ii) $61,200 (“Maintenance Payment”). The Maintenance Payment shall increase on an annual basis by 2% each year beginning on the date that is two years after the Commercial Operation Date. “Commercial Operation Date” means the date on which the Project begins delivering energy to the utility grid and selling energy in commercial quantities (this does not include the incidental sale of test energy that may occur prior to full commercial operations) documented by a confirmation from the interconnecting utility.
Annual Maintenance. All Products covered by this Contract require annual maintenance performed by an authorized service technician and as specified by the manufacturer. You may be required to submit proof of annual maintenance in the event of a claim. Lack of annual maintenance or failure to provide proof of annual maintenance may result in denial of payment for claims under Your Contract. You will be responsible for payment of denied claims due to the lack of annual maintenance or failure to provide proof of annual maintenance.
Annual Maintenance. All battery powered exit and emergency lights must be maintained at least annually in accordance with applicable code requirements and the manufacturer's directions, and must include a full function test on every battery powered exit and emergency lighting system. Equipment shall be fully operational for the duration of the test. Steps include, but are not limited to the following.
Annual Maintenance. As with any home, to extend the life and benefits, annual maintenance is required. If you desire information on how to handle these items or need help, your dealer or a reputable repair center is suggested. They may check and tighten plumbing and electrical fixtures, check caulking, etc., or they may be able to give you additional advice as to what you can do to keep your home well maintained.
Annual Maintenance. Contract The Operator shall:
a. procure and maintain an Annual Maintenance Contract, effective from the date of purchase of the Bus, with the Bus Manufacturer or its authorized dealer or through its own or other well equipped workshops for the purpose of ensuring regular servicing and preventive maintenance activities in relation to the Buses.
b. shall ensure in-house arrangements for maintaining Buses other than as defined in Schedule XX.
Annual Maintenance. Effective upon the date the Customer Contract Fee in Section 5.01(c) herein can no longer be collected, the Contractor shall pay the Authority the estimated annual cost of Authority maintenance of Garage A and the QTA pursuant to Section 4.02 herein and trash removal services for the on-Airport rental car contractors. The cost shall be prorated and invoiced to each on-Airport rental car contractor, based on the prior year’s market share, as defined by Gross Receipts. Such costs shall be revised based on actual expenses with credits or additional casts not previously included carried forward each Contract Year.
Annual Maintenance. Inspect, clean and wipe control panels. Visually inspect refrigerant circuit(s) for leaks. Inspect operation and refrigerant pressures. Inspect oil level in compressor(s) (if applicable). Inspect oil pressure per specifications and adjust accordingly (if applicable). Visually inspect oil lines for leaks. Inspect crankcase heater.
Annual Maintenance. Not less than sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of each calendar year, Sunoco will provide Haverhill an expected schedule for Steam demand based on scheduled maintenance and other conditions at the Chemical Plant for the coming calendar year (the “Annual Steam Plan”). The Parties shall use commercially reasonable efforts to coordinate Sunoco’s scheduled Steam demand (as provided for in Section 3.2), with Haverhill’s scheduled maintenance of its HRSGs. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Section, the Parties agree that total scheduled HRSG maintenance for all HRSGs shall not exceed twenty five (25) calendar days’ time during any single calendar year.
Annual Maintenance. The Property Owner shall submit an annual maintenance program document that shall clearly spell out routine intervals for the following items:
