The Main Guest shall permit no activities on the premises or in the Marina Chacala Compound that are contrary to any law, ordinance or Homeowner Association rule. Owner reserves the right to evict anyone who does not comply with the rules and regulations of the house or the Marina Chacala condominium. Approval of this Agreement constitutes a contract and acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and financial responsibility detailed herein.   • Number of Guests The maximum number of people entitled to stay at this property is 7 and furthermore, only those people named on the booking form are entitled to stay. If it is found that more people than agreed are using the property, this will be considered a breach of contract and the holidaymaker and his/her party will be asked to leave immediately without any refund. If at any time during performance of this Contract, Princeton University has reason to believe that the cost required to perform the Work of this Contract will be substantially greater or less than the stated Not-to-Exceed Price, Princeton University will so advise the Contractor, giving the then- revised estimate of the total amount of effort to be required under the Contract.
