Tour Information. Approximately two weeks before the Start Date, we shall send you a pack of information relating to your Tour. This information will include: 10.1. location of Meeting Point and time of meeting; 10.2. climate and clothing recommendations; 10.3. any important details relevant to the itinerary.
Tour Information. Approximately four weeks before the Start Date, we shall send you any information you will need relating to your Holiday. This information will include: a. Details of your airport pick up if you have booked one; b. Details of our location if you are making your own way to our accommodation; c. An overview of the forecast weather during your stay and any clothing recommendations; d. Any important details relevant to the activities you may partake in during your stay with us.
Tour Information. We provide a variety of Tour Information, and keep details about future Tours updated on the website. From time to time we send out updates on tours via email. 10.1. For the purposes of booking a tour, it is the Key Tour Information that forms the basis of the contract between you and us. This will be formally confirmed via email to anyone who has expressed an interest in a Tour before we accept a reservation. It will be published on the relevant Tour page on the website, and available as a pdf to download. A hard copy can be sent on request. Key Tour Information includes the Meeting Point, Departure Point, Start Date, Finish Date, the location(s) and standard of accommodation, the minimum number of visits to wineries, the minimum number of meals provided, and details of any specific visits or experiences that could be considered to be essential to deliver a Tour to a specific wine region. The Key Tour Information will also include, if relevant, visa and vaccination requirements as specified in Para 9.1., and the insurance you must have, as specified in Para 8.1.. 10.2. In the months leading up to a Tour we will update information on the Tour (eg specific visits, more about the accommodation) on the relevant Tour page on the website. If you have booked a place on a Tour, or expressed interest in it, we will inform you of any significant updates by email as they are posted onto the website. 10.3. Approximately two weeks before the Start Date, we will send you the following information relating to your Tour: o further details about the location of Meeting Point and time of meeting; o final details about the accommodation; o suggestions about climate and clothing recommendations if appropriate; o confirmation of the full itinerary of visits. Please see Paras 6.1-6.4 regarding changes we may need to make up to the start of and during a tour.

Tour Information. Company shall notify Sponsor, in writing, of the following with respect to each Tour: (a) A full schedule of concert dates, locations and main-stage Performers for each Tour, no later than forty-five (45) days prior to the scheduled commencement of such Tour; (b) The names, addresses and phone numbers of each local promoter for each concert, no later than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled commencement of the Tour; (c) The capacity at each concert location, no later than thirty (30) days prior to the scheduled commencement of the Tour; and (d) Evidence of insurance, permits and licenses for each concert location, as available provided that Company shall use reasonable efforts to obtain the foregoing no later than ten (10) business days prior to the date of the applicable event.

  • Your Information You must provide updated information to any person to whom you claimed to be an exempt payee if you are no longer an exempt payee and anticipate receiving reportable payments in the future from this person.   • User Information Any user or usage data or information collected via Station’s digital properties or related to Station’s digital properties, or any information collected from websites operated by Station’s affiliates under this Agreement, shall be the property of Station and/or such affiliates. ODM, or its designee, will provide membership notices, informational materials, and instructional materials to members and eligible individuals in a manner and format that may be easily understood. At least annually, ODM or its designee will provide current MCP members with an open enrollment notice which describes the managed care program and includes information on the MCP options in the service area and other information regarding the managed care program as specified in 42 CFR 438.10. b. ODM will notify members or ask the MCP to notify members about significant changes affecting contractual requirements, member services or access to providers. c. If the MCP elects not to provide, reimburse, or cover a counseling service or referral service due to an objection to the service on moral or religious grounds, ODM will provide coverage and reimbursement for these services for the MCP’s members. d. As applicable, ODM will provide information to MCP members on what services the MCP will not cover and how and where the MCP’s members may obtain these services.

  • Use of Your Information The Beta Technology may include functionality that permits UPS to measure Your usage of its features and informs UPS of this usage electronically. UPS has the right to collect from Your computer, Your system configuration data and a log of Your activities while using the Beta Technology (the “Beta Technology Report”). UPS may use the Beta Technology Report to help conduct trouble-shooting analysis and improve the functionality of the Beta Technology. You consent and agree that UPS shall be free to reproduce, use, disclose, exhibit, display, transform, create derivative works from, and distribute to others without limitation or obligation of any type to You all comments, information, data, and suggestions, including the Beta Technology Report and feedback data (but not including financial data, financial plans or product plans not commonly known or publicly available), that You provide to UPS related to the Beta Technology. Further, UPS shall be free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in such information without limitation or obligation of any type to You.
