Disclosure of Your Information. We will disclose information to third parties about your account or the transfers you make:

Unless you expressly inform Xxxxxxx otherwise as described below, you agree that Astound may disclose your name, address and/or telephone number(s) to the general public in connection with Caller ID functions, telephone directories, 411 and E911 services. You agree that Astound may disclose your personally identifiable information to the communications providers serving persons to whom you make phone calls so that your calls can be completed. If you wish to have Astound remove any of the information from any of the services described above, you must inform Xxxxxxx’s customer service department of your wishes.
Disclosure of Your Information. Your personal data may be used, disclosed, maintained, accessed, processed and/or transferred to the following third parties, whether sited in Singapore or outside of Singapore for one or more of the purposes set out in paragraph 4 above:
(a) our headquarters, subsidiaries and group companies;
(b) third party service providers which require the processing of your data, for example, third party service providers which have been engaged by us to: (i) to provide and maintain any IT equipment used to store and access your personal information; (ii) to host and maintain our Platform; (iii) to conduct research, analysis and development activities (including but not limited to data analytics, surveys and/or profiling) to improve our Platform, services and facilities in order to enhance the services we provide to you; (iv) to advise us in connection with the activities carried out pursuant to our Platform and/or Services; or (v) otherwise in connection with the provision of certain services provided to you on or via our Platform;
(c) our Broker, auditors and legal advisors;
(d) public and governmental/regulatory authorities, statutory boards, industry associations; or
(e) courts and other alternative dispute forums. In certain circumstances we may provide third parties (whether or not located in Singapore) with aggregate information about our Platform's users. This may include information about your computer, including where available your IP address, operating system and browser type, for system administration and to report aggregate information to our advertisers. This is anonymised statistical data about our users' browsing actions and patterns, and does not identify any individual.

Except as set forth in this privacy policy or as specifically agreed to by you, Xxxxxx’x Hearing Center will not disclose any personally identifiable information it gathers from you on our Site. We will only release personally identifiable information to third parties: (1) to comply with valid legal requirements such as a law, regulation, search warrant, subpoena, or court order; or (2) in special cases, such as a physical threat to you or others. In the event that we are legally compelled to disclose your personally identifiable information to a third party, we will attempt to notify you unless doing so would violate the law or court order. In addition, we may disclose person- al information as described below.

You understand and agree that We possess and maintain personal, nonpublic information obtained from Your rental application, credit reports, rental references, as well as information otherwise upon learning of the inability to deliver possession, then You shall have the option to obtained during the normal course of Your business relationship with Us. You either (a) terminate the agreement and receive a full refund of all sums paid to Us hereby authorize Our disclosure of any and all such information to third parties at the request of law enforcement, governmental agencies, business entities that own Us in whole or in part or are owned in whole or in part by Us, or business entities engaged in business transactions with You, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS OR OTHER BUSINESSES PERFORMING NECESSARY INQUIRIES WITH YOUR CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE. paying all charges that You incur for the use of water and/or sewer services (hereinafter referred to as "utilities") that are submetered for the Home and provided to You by Us and billed to You by Us or by our billing agent, as listed in Paragraph 1(C) of this Agreement (submetering shall include systems where meters measure both hot and cold water sources or, where applicable, hot water sources only with corresponding estimates of cold water usage as permitted by N.C. Gen. Stat. §
Disclosure of Your Information. Subject to applicable law, Company and its Affiliates may, but shall not be required to, provide to you, a User, an insurance company and/or relevant authorities and/or regulatory agencies any information (including personal information (e.g., information obtained about you through any background check) and any Company Data) about you or any Transportation/Companionship/Assistance Services provided hereunder if: (a) there is a complaint, dispute or conflict, including an accident, between you and a User; (b) it is necessary to enforce the terms of this Agreement; (c) it is required, in Company’s or any Affiliate’s sole discretion, by applicable law or regulatory requirements (e.g., Company or its Affiliates receive a subpoena, warrant, or other legal process for information); (d) it is necessary, in Company’s or any Affiliate’s sole discretion.

By choosing to participate in an EarlyBird Referral Program, you expressly acknowledge and accept that referrers and/or referees may learn that you (whether as a referrer or referee) have an EarlyBird account. Other information disclosed to referrers and/or referees as part of the EarlyBird Referral Programs may include name, EarlyBird account status, and information about rewards received under the EarlyBird Referral Programs.
Disclosure of Your Information. 9.1 Your Personal Information may be shared within CTC and with selected Third Parties who process the information on CTC’s behalf.
9.2 We may also disclose your Personal Information to Third Parties in the following circumstances:
9.2.1 to the CTC Group or other Third Parties to assess and monitor any of your applications for CTC’s products or services;
9.2.1.1 determine which products and services may be of interest to you and/or to send you information about such products and services, unless you object or choose not to receive such communications, subject to the direct marketing provisions of POPIA;
9.2.1.2 have a better understanding of your circumstances and needs to provide and improve CTC’s products and services;
9.2.2 to any relevant person and/or entity for purposes of prevention, detection and reporting of fraud and criminal activities, the identification of the proceeds of unlawful activities and the combatting of crime;
9.2.3 to any regulator or supervisory authority, including those in foreign jurisdictions, if CTC is required to do so in terms of Applicable Laws;
9.2.4 to a prospective buyer or seller of any of CTC’s businesses or assets;
9.2.5 to any person if CTC is under a duty to disclose or share your Personal
9.2.6 Information in order to comply with any Applicable Laws, or to protect the rights,
9.2.7 property or safety of CTC, other Clients or other third parties; and/or to your agent or any other person acting on your behalf, or an introducer;
9.2.8 to the various rankings and awards agencies.
9.3 We may transfer your information to another of CTC’s entities, an agent, sub- contractor or Third Party who carries on business in another country, including one which may not have data privacy laws similar to those of the Republic. If this happens, CTC will use its best endeavours to ensure that anyone to whom CTC passes your information agrees to treat your information with the same level of protection as if CTC were dealing with it.
9.4 If you do not wish CTC to disclose this information to Third Parties, please contact CTC at the contact details set out above. CTC may, however, not be able to provide products or services to you if such disclosure is necessary.
