Town of Nantucket’s Obligation. Except as a result of its failure to perform the obligations specifically provided herein within a reasonable period after receipt of written notice thereof, the Town of Nantucket shall not be liable to the Concessionaire for any injury or damage to the Premises or to any property of the Concessionaire or to any property of any third person, firm, association or corporation on or about the Premises.
