Common use of Track Record Clause in Contracts

Track Record. The track record and other performance information of the Members shall be the property of the Trading Manager and not the Trading Advisor; provided, however, that the Trading Advisor may report of the past performance of the Trading Company either on a stand alone basis or as part of a composite performance table as may be required by the CEAct, the rules of the CFTC and/or the rules or regulations of any relevant regulatory or self-regulatory body.

Track Record. The track record and other performance information of the Members shall be the property of the Trading Manager and not the Trading Advisor; provided. For the avoidance of doubt, however, that the Trading Advisor may report of is authorized to include and utilize the past track record and performance of the account(s) it trades for the Trading Company either on a stand alone basis or as part of a its composite performance table as may be required by the CEAct, the rules of the CFTC and/or the rules or regulations of any relevant regulatory or self-regulatory bodyresults.

Track Record. The track record and other performance information of the Members shall be the property of the Trading Manager and not the Trading Advisor; provided, however, that the track record and performance information may be disseminated or used by the Trading Advisor may report of the past performance of the Trading Company either on a stand alone basis or as part of a composite of the performance table as may be required of all accounts managed by the CEAct, Trading Advisor. The Trading Advisor agrees that the rules of the CFTC and/or the rules or regulations of any relevant regulatory or self-regulatory bodytrack record and other performance information shall be deemed to be Confidential Information under this Agreement.
