Qualifications of the Service Provider. A. The SERVICE PROVIDER should have at least three (3) years of experience in providing janitorial and/or housekeeping services. They shall provide seven (7) janitorial personnel, one (1) of which shall be designated as Janitorial Supervisor who will be assigned to monitor and supervise janitorial personnel. All janitorial personnel are subject to a quarterly evaluation at the sole discretion of the CLIENT.
