Common use of Tracking, Reporting Clause in Contracts

Tracking, Reporting. and Evaluation Data collection, evaluation, and reporting requirements are identified in Section 2 and Table 6 and 6A. In general, for each facility, the data collection and analysis requirements of the XL Program features will be reported semiannually to the EPA and VADEQ as described in Section 3.7.1 or as otherwise required by the legal implementing mechanisms. Sections 2.2.1.4 and 2.2.2.4 discuss the monitoring parameters for this project.
