TRADE ALLY’S INFORMATION SECURITY PROGRAM. 3.1 The Trade Ally will document, implement, and maintain an Information Security Program to protect the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of Electronic Confidential Information in accordance with the requirements set forth in this Attachment A. 3.2 The Trade Ally will train its personnel with access to Electronic Confidential Information on the key elements of the Trade Ally’s Information Security Program so that they understand their responsibilities for the secure handling of Electronic Confidential Information. 3.3 The Trade Ally will provide annual information security awareness refresher training to its personnel who have access to Electronic Confidential Information. Training will include the Trade Ally’s Information Security Program and standards for the secure handling of Electronic Confidential Information.
