TRADE JURISDICTION. 4.01 This agreement covers the rate of pay, rules and working conditions for all Labourers and Labour Foremen engaged on work coming within the scope of Registration Certificate #57 including the tending of all crafts, and such work as has traditionally, historically or by area practice been the work of the Labourer.
