Common use of TRADE UNION CONTRIBUTION Clause in Contracts

TRADE UNION CONTRIBUTION. β€Œ The Employee may submit a request to the Employer to have his/her gross wage reduced by the amount of the contribution that is paid by him/her in the relevant calendar year for Employees' organisation membership. The Employer shall use the tax scope in the work cost scheme and shall allocate to the Employee an expense allowance for an identical amount by which the gross wage is reduced, the specifics of which shall be in accordance with the provisions in the regulations that is included in Annex 6.
