Common use of Trade Use License Grant for Outsourcing Services Clause in Contracts

Trade Use License Grant for Outsourcing Services. Supplier hereby grants to HP, and HP’s third party service providers, during the License Term, a worldwide, non-exclusive, irrevocable license, to install, operate, and use the Licensed Products in providing Outsourcing Services to Customers, from HP or its third party service provider's data center(s) or at the Customer’s designated location(s). The foregoing shall be permissible regardless of any conflicting provision(s) in the end user license agreement which provide otherwise.
