Trading of Assigned Shifts. Subject to the approval of the APM or his designated representative an employee in the same classification may trade assigned work schedule with another employee in the same classification. Requests for such trade must be agreed to by the affected employees and submitted, in writing, to the APM for approval at least seven (7) days in advance. The employees will assume full responsibility for reporting to work as agreed.
