Trading Partner Agreement with ODM. The MCP shall complete and submit an EDI trading partner agreement in a format specified by ODM. Submission of the copy of the trading partner agreement prior to entering into this Agreement may be waived at the discretion of ODM; if submission prior to entering into this Agreement is waived, the trading partner agreement shall be submitted at a subsequent date determined by ODM.
