Designated Teacher for Looked After Children 17A) The Academy Trust will in respect of the Academy act in accordance with, and be bound by, all relevant statutory and regulatory provisions and have regard to any guidance and codes of practice issued pursuant to such provisions, as they apply at any time to a maintained school, relating to the designation of a person to manage the teaching and learning programme for children who are looked after by a LA and are registered pupils at the school. For the purpose of this clause, any reference to the governing body of a maintained school in such statutory and regulatory provisions, or in any guidance and code of practice issued pursuant to such provisions, shall be deemed to be references to the Governing Body of the Academy Trust. Release Schedule for an Established Issuer Escrow securities will not be released under this Part until the Issuer has delivered to the Escrow Agent a certificate specifying the release schedule, and any other information which the Escrow Agent reasonably requires.
Release Schedule for an Emerging Issuer (a) Usual case If the Issuer is an emerging issuer (as defined in section 3.3 of the Policy) and you have not sold any escrow securities in a permitted secondary offering, your escrow securities will be released as follows: On March 23, 2015, the date the Issuer's securities are listed on a Canadian exchange (the listing date) 1/10 of your escrow securities 6 months after the listing date 1/6 of your remaining escrow securities 12 months after the listing date 1/5 of your remaining escrow securities 18 months after the listing date ¼ of your remaining escrow securities 24 months after the listing date 1/3 of your remaining escrow securities 30 months after the listing date ½ of your remaining escrow securities 36 months after the listing date your remaining escrow securities 3 *In the simplest case, where there are no changes to the escrow securities initially deposited and no additional escrow securities, then the release schedule outlined above results in the escrow securities being released in equal tranches of 15% after completion of the release on the listing date.
Application for Membership No employee shall be subject to any penalties against his application for membership or reinstatement, except as may be provided for in the Constitution and By-Laws of the National Union and the Union. CLEC to CLEC Conversions for Unbundled Loops 2.1.11.1 The CLEC to CLEC conversion process for Loops may be used by ITC^DeltaCom when converting an existing Loop from another CLEC for the same End User. The Loop type being converted must be included in ITC^DeltaCom’s Agreement before requesting a conversion.
Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.
