Common use of Traffic Accidents Clause in Contracts

Traffic Accidents. The City and the ECPOA do hereby agree to purge the personnel records of EMPLOYEES of all references to reprimand relating to the officers' traffic accidents. Purging will be at the request of the EMPLOYEE to the City Manager after three years of accident-free driving.

Traffic Accidents. The City CITY and the ECPOA ECPOAMG do hereby agree to purge an EMPLOYEE'S personnel record, upon written request to the personnel records of EMPLOYEES City Manager, of all references to letters of reprimand relating to the officers' EMPLOYEE'S traffic accidents. Purging This will be at the request of the EMPLOYEE to the City Manager approved only after three years a full year of accident-free drivingdriving has occurred.
