As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy CBB shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy CBB shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a CBB Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Emergency Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Emergency shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Emergency shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Emergency Customer. 7.2.9 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to traffic terminated over a Verizon Auxiliary Connection to a Verizon End Office. Emergency will compensate Verizon at the applicable Verizon Tariff rates for the service. Emergency is solely responsible for the cost of the interconnection facility used for the Auxiliary Connection. 7.2.10 The Reciprocal Compensation rates (including, but not limited to, the Reciprocal Compensation per minute of use charges) billed by Emergency to Verizon shall not exceed the Reciprocal Compensation rates (including, but not limited to, Reciprocal Compensation per minute of use charges) billed by Verizon to Emergency.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a ECI Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy ECI shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy ECI shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a ECI Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy CSTC shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy CSTC shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a CSTC Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a PNG Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy PNG shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy PNG shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a PNG Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Covista shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Covista shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Covista Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Talk America shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Talk America shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Talk America Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy ENT shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy ENT shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a ENT Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy iNetworks shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy iNetworks shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a iNetworks Reseller Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Ymax shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Ymax shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Ymax Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Carrier Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Carrier shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy Carrier shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Carrier Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Wide Voice Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Wide Voice shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Wide Voice shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Wide Voice Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy ENT shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy ENT shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a ENT Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a MLTC Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy MLTC shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy MLTC shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a MLTC Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Everstream Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Everstream shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy Everstream shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Everstream Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy WCS shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy WCS shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a WCS Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a New Horizons Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy New Horizons shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy New Horizons shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a New Horizons Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a KDL Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy KDL shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy KDL shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a KDL Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a ATI Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy ATI shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy ATI shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a ATI Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy shall pay Frontier’s originating and Xxxxx access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier a/an Xxxxx Customer, and Onvoy shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for . Fronti all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy Xxxxx Customer, and Frontier shall pay Xxxxx by a Frontier Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Cost Plus Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Cost Plus shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Cost Plus shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Cost Plus Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy Wireless Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy shall pay Frontier’s originating DISH Wireless access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for DISH Wireless all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a DISH Wireless Customer. 6.2.9 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to traffic terminated over a Frontier Auxiliary Connection to a Frontier End Office. DISH Wireless will compensate Frontier at the applicable Frontier Tariff rates for the service. DISH Wireless is solely responsible for the cost of the interconnection facility used for the Auxiliary Connection. 6.2.10 The Reciprocal Compensation rates (including, but not limited to, the Reciprocal Compensation per minute of use charges) billed by DISH Wireless to Frontier shall not exceed the Reciprocal Compensation rates (including, but not limited to, Reciprocal Compensation per minute of use charges) billed by Frontier to DISH Wireless.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy ADSC shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy ADSC shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a ADSC Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy NexGen shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy NexGen shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a NexGen Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Northstar shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Northstar shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Northstar Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy API shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy API shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a API Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy PBX shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy PBX shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a PBX Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy PW shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy PW shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a PW Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy CCA shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy CCA shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a CCA Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Navtel shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Navtel shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Navtel Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy ADSC shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy ADSC shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a ADSC Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Carrier shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy Carrier shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Carrier Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Connectel shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Connectel shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Connectel Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Cost Plus shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Cost Plus shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Cost Plus Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a PBX Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy PBX shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy PBX shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a PBX Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy CTT shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy CTT shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a CTT Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy VNCI shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy VNCI shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a VNCI Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy TNCI shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy TNCI shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a TNCI Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a MHT Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy MHT shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy MHT shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a MHT Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Global Link Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Global Link shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Global Link shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Global Link Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Ygnition shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Ygnition shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Ygnition Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy NL shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy NL shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a NL Customer.

Traffic Not Subject to Reciprocal Compensation. 5.2.1 6.2.1 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to interstate or intrastate Exchange Access (including, without limitation, Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic)), ,) Information Access, or exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access. 5.2.2 6.2.2 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Internet Traffic. 5.2.3 6.2.3 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Toll InterMTA Traffic, including, but not limited to, calls originated on a 1+ presubscription basis, or on a casual dialed (10XXX/101XXXX) basis. 5.2.4 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Optional Extended Local Calling Area Traffic. 5.2.5 6.2.4 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to special access, private line, or any other traffic that is not switched by the terminating Party. 5.2.6 6.2.5 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Tandem Transit Traffic. 5.2.7 6.2.6 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Voice Information Service Traffic (as defined in Section 5 of the Additional Services Attachment)Traffic. 5.2.8 6.2.7 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to traffic that is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation under Section 251(b)(5) of the Act. 5.2.9 6.2.8 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic). As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a DISH Wireless Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy DISH Wireless shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy DISH Wireless shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a DISH Wireless Customer. 6.2.9 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to traffic terminated over a Frontier Auxiliary Connection to a Frontier End Office. DISH Wireless will compensate Frontier at the applicable Frontier Tariff rates for the service. DISH Wireless is solely responsible for the cost of the interconnection facility used for the Auxiliary Connection. 6.2.10 The Reciprocal Compensation rates (including, but not limited to, the Reciprocal Compensation per minute of use charges) billed by DISH Wireless to Frontier shall not exceed the Reciprocal Compensation rates (including, but not limited to, Reciprocal Compensation per minute of use charges) billed by Frontier to DISH Wireless.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Princeton Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Princeton shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Princeton shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Princeton Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Ymax shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Ymax shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Ymax Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy API shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy API shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a API Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Voxbeam Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Voxbeam shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Voxbeam shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Voxbeam Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Everstream shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy Everstream shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Everstream Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy QCC shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy QCC shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a QCC Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a MTC Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy MTC shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy MTC shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a MTC Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Xxxxxxxx Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Xxxxxxxx shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Xxxxxxxx shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Xxxxxxxx Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy API shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy API shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a API Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Comcast Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy Customer.

Traffic Not Subject to Reciprocal Compensation. 5.2.1 7.3.1 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to interstate or intrastate Exchange Access (including, without limitation, Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic)), Information Accessinformation access, or exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Accessinformation access. 5.2.2 7.3.2 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Internet Traffic. 5.2.3 7.3.2.1 The determination of whether traffic is Reciprocal Compensation Traffic or Internet Traffic shall be performed in accordance with the FCC Internet Order and then current Applicable Law. 7.3.3 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Toll Traffic, including, but not limited to, calls originated on a 1+ presubscription basis, or on a casual dialed (10XXX/101XXXX) basis. 5.2.4 7.3.4 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Optional Extended Local Calling Area Traffic. 5.2.5 7.3.5 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to special access, private line, or any other traffic that is not switched by the terminating Party. 5.2.6 7.3.6 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Tandem Transit Traffic. 5.2.7 7.3.7 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Voice Information Service Traffic (as defined in Section 5 of the Additional Services Attachment). 5.2.8 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to traffic that is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation under Section 251(b)(5) of the Act. 5.2.9 7.3.8 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic). As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a GNAPs Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange (as defined in Verizon’s tariff) that is different than the exchange (as defined in Verizon’s tariff, and as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy GNAPs shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy GNAPs shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a GNAPs Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a BCN Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy BCN shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy BCN shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a BCN Customer.

Traffic Not Subject to Reciprocal Compensation. 5.2.1 6.2.1 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to interstate or intrastate Exchange Access (including, without limitation, Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic)), ,) Information Access, or exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access. 5.2.2 6.2.2 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Internet Traffic. 5.2.3 6.2.3 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Toll InterMTA Traffic, including, but not limited to, calls originated on a 1+ presubscription basis, or on a casual dialed (10XXX/101XXXX) basis. 5.2.4 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Optional Extended Local Calling Area Traffic. 5.2.5 6.2.4 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to special access, private line, or any other traffic that is not switched by the terminating Party. 5.2.6 6.2.5 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Tandem Transit Traffic. 5.2.7 6.2.6 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Voice Information Service Traffic (as defined in Section 5 of the Additional Services Attachment)Traffic. 5.2.8 6.2.7 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to traffic that is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation under Section 251(b)(5) of the Act. 5.2.9 6.2.8 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic). As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy Wireless Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the t avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy shall pay Frontier’s originating DISH Wireless access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy shall pay Frontier’s terminating DISH Wireless g access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a DISH Wireless Customer. 6.2.9 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to traffic terminated over a Frontier Auxiliary Connection to a Frontier End Office. DISH Wireless will compensate Frontier at the applicable Frontier Tariff rates for the service. DISH Wireless is solely responsible for the cost of the interconnection facility used for the Auxiliary Connection. 6.2.10 The Reciprocal Compensation rates (including, but not limited to, the Reciprocal Compensation per minute of use charges) billed by DISH Wireless to Frontier shall not exceed the Reciprocal Compensation rates (including, but not limited to, Reciprocal Compensation per minute of use charges) billed by Frontier to DISH Wireless.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a ECI Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy ECI shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy ECI shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a ECI Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual ―Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” Traffic‖ or “V―V/FX Traffic” Traffic‖ is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Spectrotel Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Spectrotel shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy Spectrotel shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Spectrotel Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a CLC Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy CLC shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy CLC shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a CLC Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy MTC shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy MTC shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a MTC Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “"Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” " or “"V/FX Traffic” " is defined as calls in which an Onvoy HTCC Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code Cede (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s 's station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy HTCC shall pay Frontier’s Verizon's originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy HTCC shall pay Frontier’s Verizon's terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy HTCC Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Xxxxxx shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Xxxxxx shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Xxxxxx Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Ymax shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Ymax shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Ymax Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy CCES shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy CCES shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a CCES Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy Spectrotel Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy shall pay Frontier’s originating Spectrotel access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all Spectrotel V/FX Traffic originated by a/an Onvoy Spectrotel Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a InteleTel Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy InteleTel shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy InteleTel shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a InteleTel Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a INdigital Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy INdigital shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy INdigital shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a INdigital Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a FCA Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy FCA shall pay FrontierNWF’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier NWF Customer, and Onvoy FCA shall pay FrontierNWF’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a FCA Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Threshold Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Threshold shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Threshold shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Threshold Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Talk America Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Talk America shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Talk America shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Talk America Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a D- Max Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy D-Max shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy D-Max shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a D-Max Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy NHC shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy NHC shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a NHC Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Xxxxxx Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Xxxxxx shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Xxxxxx shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Xxxxxx Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a CTSI Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy CTSI shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy CTSI shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a/an Onvoy CTSI Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Prospeed Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Prospeed shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Prospeed shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Prospeed Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a VNCI Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy VNCI shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy VNCI shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a VNCI Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Globetel Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Globetel shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Globetel shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Globetel Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a 365 Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy 365 shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy 365 shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a 365 Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Global Link Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Global Link shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Global Link shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Global Link Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Futiva Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Futiva shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy Futiva shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Futiva Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a WCS Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy WCS shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy WCS shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a WCS Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a LNS Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy LNS shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy LNS shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a LNS Customer.

Traffic Not Subject to Reciprocal Compensation. 5.2.1 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to interstate or intrastate Exchange Access (including, without limitation, Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic)), Information Access, or exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access. 5.2.2 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Internet Traffic. 5.2.3 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Toll Traffic, including, but not limited to, calls originated on a 1+ presubscription basis, or on a casual dialed (10XXX/101XXXX) basis. 5.2.4 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Optional Extended Local Calling Area Traffic. 5.2.5 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to special access, private line, or any other traffic that is not switched by the terminating Party. 5.2.6 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Tandem Transit Traffic. 5.2.7 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Voice Information Service Traffic (as defined in Section 5 of the Additional Services Attachment). 5.2.8 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to traffic that is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation under Section 251(b)(5) of the Act. 5.2.9 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic). As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a WCS Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy WCS shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy WCS shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a WCS Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Princeton Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Princeton shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Princeton shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Princeton Customer.

Traffic Not Subject to Reciprocal Compensation. 5.2.1 7.2.1 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to interstate or intrastate Exchange Access (including, without limitation, Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic)), Information Access, or exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access. 5.2.2 7.2.2 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Internet Traffic. 5.2.3 7.2.3 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Toll Traffic, including, but not limited to, calls originated on a 1+ presubscription basis, or on a casual dialed (10XXX/101XXXX) basis. 5.2.4 7.2.4 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Optional Extended Local Calling Area Scope Arrangement Traffic. 5.2.5 7.2.5 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to special access, private line, or any other traffic that is not switched by the terminating Party. 5.2.6 7.2.6 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Tandem Transit Traffic. 5.2.7 7.2.7 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Voice Information Service Traffic (as defined in Section 5 of the Additional Services Attachment). 5.2.8 7.2.8 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to traffic that is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation under Section 251(b)(5) of the Act. 5.2.9 7.2.9 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic). As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Xxxx Tell Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Xxxx Tell shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy Xxxx Tell shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Xxxx Tell Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Neutral Tandem Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Neutral Tandem shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Neutral Tandem shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Neutral Tandem Customer.

Traffic Not Subject to Reciprocal Compensation. 5.2.1 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to interstate or intrastate Exchange Access (including, without limitation, Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic)), Information Access, or exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access. 5.2.2 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Internet Traffic. 5.2.3 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Toll Traffic, including, but not limited to, calls originated on a 1+ presubscription basis, or on a casual dialed (10XXX/101XXXX) basis. 5.2.4 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Optional Extended Local Calling Area Traffic. 5.2.5 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to special access, private line, or any other traffic that is not switched by the terminating Party. 5.2.6 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Tandem Transit Traffic. 5.2.7 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Voice Information Service Traffic (as defined in Section 5 of the Additional Services Attachment). 5.2.8 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to traffic that is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation under Section 251(b)(5) of the Act. 5.2.9 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic). As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a LNS Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy LNS shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy LNS shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a LNS Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Hypercube Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Hypercube shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Hypercube shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Hypercube Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a CCI Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy CCI shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy CCI shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a CCI Customer.

Traffic Not Subject to Reciprocal Compensation. 5.2.1 7.2.1 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to interstate or intrastate Exchange Access (including, without limitation, Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic)), ,) Information Access, or exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access. 5.2.2 7.2.2 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Internet Traffic. 5.2.3 7.2.3 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Toll InterMTA Traffic, including, but not limited to, calls originated on a 1+ presubscription basis, or on a casual dialed (10XXX/101XXXX) basis. 5.2.4 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Optional Extended Local Calling Area Traffic. 5.2.5 7.2.4 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to special access, private line, or any other traffic that is not switched by the terminating Party. 5.2.6 7.2.5 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Tandem Transit Traffic. 5.2.7 7.2.6 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Voice Information Service Traffic (as defined in Section 5 of the Additional Services Attachment). 5.2.8 7.2.7 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to traffic that is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation under Section 251(b)(5) of the Act. 5.2.9 7.2.8 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic). As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a MPCS Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy MPCS shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy MPCS shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a MPCS Customer. 7.2.9 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to traffic terminated over a Verizon Auxiliary Connection to a Verizon End Office. MPCS will compensate Verizon at the applicable Verizon Tariff rates for the service. MPCS is solely responsible for the cost of the interconnection facility used for the Auxiliary Connection. 7.2.10 The Reciprocal Compensation rates (including, but not limited to, the Reciprocal Compensation per minute of use charges) billed by MPCS to Verizon shall not exceed the Reciprocal Compensation rates (including, but not limited to, Reciprocal Compensation per minute of use charges) billed by Verizon to MPCS.

Traffic Not Subject to Reciprocal Compensation. 5.2.1 7.2.1 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to interstate or intrastate Exchange Access (including, without limitation, Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic)), Information Access, or exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access. 5.2.2 7.2.2 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Internet Traffic. 5.2.3 7.2.3 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Toll Traffic, including, but not limited to, calls originated on a 1+ presubscription basis, or on a casual dialed (10XXX/101XXXX) basis. 5.2.4 7.2.4 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Optional Extended Local Calling Area Scope Arrangement Traffic. 5.2.5 7.2.5 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to special access, private line, or any other traffic that is not switched by the terminating Party. 5.2.6 7.2.6 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Tandem Transit TrafficService. 5.2.7 7.2.7 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Voice Information Service Traffic (as defined in Section 5 of the Additional Services Attachment). 5.2.8 7.2.8 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to traffic that is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation under Section 251(b)(5) of the Act. 5.2.9 7.2.9 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic). As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a CTSI Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy CTSI shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy CTSI shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a/an Onvoy CTSI Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Advent Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Advent shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy Advent shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Advent Customer.

As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a CTT Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy CTT shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy CTT shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a CTT Customer.

Traffic Not Subject to Reciprocal Compensation. 5.2.1 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to interstate or intrastate Exchange Access (including, without limitation, Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic)), Information Access, or exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access. 5.2.2 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Internet Traffic. 5.2.3 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Toll Traffic, including, but not limited to, calls originated on a 1+ presubscription basis, or on a casual dialed (10XXX/101XXXX) basis. 5.2.4 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Optional Extended Local Calling Area Traffic. 5.2.5 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to special access, private line, or any other traffic that is not switched by the terminating Party. 5.2.6 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Tandem Transit Traffic. 5.2.7 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Voice Information Service Traffic (as defined in Section 5 of the Additional Services Attachment). 5.2.8 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to traffic that is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation under Section 251(b)(5) of the Act. 5.2.9 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic). As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a Xxxx Tell Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy Xxxx Tell shall pay Frontier’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Customer, and Onvoy Xxxx Tell shall pay Frontier’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a Xxxx Tell Customer.

Traffic Not Subject to Reciprocal Compensation. 5.2.1 7.2.1 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to interstate or intrastate Exchange Access (including, without limitation, Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic)), Information Access, or exchange services for Exchange Access or Information Access. 5.2.2 7.2.2 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Internet Traffic. 5.2.3 7.2.3 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Toll Traffic, including, but not limited to, calls originated on a 1+ presubscription basis, or on a casual dialed (10XXX/101XXXX) basis. 5.2.4 7.2.4 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Optional Extended Local Calling Area Traffic. 5.2.5 7.2.5 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to special access, private line, or any other traffic that is not switched by the terminating Party. 5.2.6 7.2.6 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Tandem Transit Traffic. 5.2.7 7.2.7 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Voice Information Service Traffic (as defined in Section 5 of the Additional Services Attachment). 5.2.8 7.2.8 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to traffic that is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation under Section 251(b)(5) of the Act. 5.2.9 7.2.9 Reciprocal Compensation shall not apply to Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic (i.e., V/FX Traffic). As used in this Agreement, “Virtual Foreign Exchange Traffic” or “V/FX Traffic” is defined as calls in which an Onvoy a DSLnet Customer is assigned a telephone number with an NXX Code (as set forth in the LERG) associated with an exchange that is different than the exchange (as set forth in the LERG) associated with the actual physical location of such Customer’s station. For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy DSLnet shall pay FrontierVerizon’s originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy DSLnet shall pay FrontierVerizon’s terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a DSLnet Customer.

For the avoidance of any doubt, Onvoy BLC shall pay Frontier’s Verizon's originating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by a Frontier Verizon Customer, and Onvoy BLC shall pay Frontier’s Verizon's terminating access charges for all V/FX Traffic originated by an Onvoy a BLC Customer.

Customer.
