Traffic Warrant Studies. The Engineer shall prepare a traffic signal warrant study to support their recommendation for the continuous activation of an existing traffic signal or a proposed traffic signal based on projected volumes. Each warrant study shall include addressing pedestrian signals along with obtaining both traffic and pedestrian counts.
