Common use of Training and Experience Clause in Contracts

Training and Experience. In addition to the experience, skills and knowledge requirements specified for pay point 5 (as defined), not more than one further year of practical experience as defined in the provision of nursing care and/or services: (i) The undertaking of in service training, subject to its provision by the employing agency, of not less than 160 hours accumulated since registration. This may include successful completion of Self Directed Learning Packages, or (ii) The successful completion of two post basic modules relevant to the work undertaken, within the Certificate IV (Nursing), subject to their availability, or (iii) The undertaking of in service training (which may include Self Directed Learning Packages) subject to its provision by the employing agency of not less than 120 hours accumulated since registration and the successful completion of one post basic module relevant to the work undertaken with the Certificate IV (Nursing) subject to their availability.
