Common use of Training and Transfer of Technology Clause in Contracts

Training and Transfer of Technology. The Contractor shall comply with the programs for training and transfer of technology approved by CNH in the Exploration Plan and in the Development Plan. The referenced activities and programs shall include, among others, the adoption, innovation, assimilation, technological research and development, and formation of local human resources in scientific and technological research applied to the Exploration and Extraction of Hydrocarbons in coordination with national institutions of higher education.
