Training at External Location - Seller’s Instructors. 16.5.2.1.1 In the event of training being provided at the Seller’s request at any location other than the Seller’s Training Centers, as provided for in Clause 16.2.2, the expenses of the Seller’s Instructors will be borne directly by the Seller. 16.5.2.1.2 In the event of training being provided by the Seller’s Instructor(s) at any location other than the Seller’s Training Centers at the Buyer’s request, the Buyer will reimburse the Seller for all the expenses related to the assignment of such Seller Instructors and the performance of their duties as aforesaid.
