Common use of Training Course Employees Clause in Contracts

Training Course Employees. The Company shall have the right to employ and retain Company training course students and college undergraduates on work regularly performed by bargaining unit employees, without regard to seniority, provided that the total number of such employees at any one time does not exceed ten (10). The Company will notify the Union of any employees covered under this section. A qualified employee who has been bypassed by the company in the implementation of this Article 7.12(8) in favour of an employee with less seniority, shall have the right to process a grievance in accordance with the provisions of Article 5.05 hereof.
