Training Employees. 1. Train Dispatchers selected, at the option of the company, to teach or train prospective or Extra Train Dispatchers will be allowed one (1) hours’ pay for each day, or part thereof, used for such teaching or training in addition to their regular pay. This allowance shall not be considered as a part of the basic rate of pay and shall not be used in computing overtime. Train Dispatchers so used will be required to keep the Chief Train Dispatcher advised on the progress of trainees they are assigned to teach or train.
