Training; Ethics in Contracting. The President of the University, acting through the Senior Vice President of Administration and Finance or his designee, shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to assure (i) that all University officials responsible for and engaged in procurements authorized by the Act and this policy are knowledgeable regarding the requirements of the Act, this policy, and the Ethics in Public Contracting provisions of the Virginia Public Procurement Act, Article 6 (§ 2.2-4367 et seq.) of Chapter 43
