Quality Assurance Plan. The contractor shall develop and submit to NMFS a contractor Quality Assurance Plan, as referenced in Section F.5.3, which details how the contractor will ensure effectiveness and efficiency of collection efforts as well as the quality of data collected by its At-Sea Monitors. The contractor shall further establish, implement, and maintain a Quality Assurance Management program to ensure consistent quality of all work products and services performed under this contract.

Quality Assurance Plan. The County will evaluate the Contractor’s performance under this Contract using the quality assurance procedures as defined in the Contract, Section 8.0 - Standard Terms and Conditions, Sub-section 8.17 - County’s Quality Assurance Plan.
Quality Assurance Plan. As part of the Quality Assurance Plan, the Grantee must explain the process by which individuals seeking assistance from the AIC can provide feedback about the services they received. The Quality Assurance Plan must include the following elements: A. The sampling and review process supervisors will use to periodically assess the overall quality of I&R services provided by all Resource Managers and I&R Contact Specialists, including database audits, recorded and active calls, and written transcriptions of web chat and text inquiries (if applicable).
Quality Assurance Plan. The Carrier must demonstrate that a statistically valid sampling technique is routinely used prior to or after processing to randomly sample FEHB claims against Carrier quality assurance/fraud and abuse prevention standards.

Contractor shall adhere to the Quality Assurance Plan in order to ensure that the construction and engineering methods and standards required to be employed by Contractor hereunder are achieved.
Quality Assurance Plan. The COUNTY or its agent will evaluate the CONTRACTOR’S performance under this Contract on not less than an annual basis. Such evaluation will include assessing CONTRACTOR’S compliance with all Contract terms and performance standards. CONTRACTOR’S deficiencies which COUNTY determines are severe or continuing and that may place performance of the Contract in jeopardy if not corrected will be reported to the Board of Supervisors. The report will include improvement/corrective action measures taken by the COUNTY and CONTRACTOR. If improvement does not occur consistent with the corrective action measures, COUNTY may terminate this Contract or impose other penalties as specified in this Contract. The COUNTY will evaluate the CONTRACTOR'S performance under this Contract using the quality assurance procedures specified in Technical Exhibit 3, “Performance Requirements Summary”, or other such procedures as may be necessary to ascertain CONTRACTOR compliance with this Contract.

Quality Assurance Plan. For routine maintenance works of the Project Facility, the Concessionaire shall generally follow the operational and performance criteria specified in the respective MSW Rules, IRC or any other Applicable standards. Where such criteria are not specified in the standards, the Concessionaire, for the purpose of routine maintenance shall set forth such criteria as to conform to good international standards and Good Industry Practice for sound pavement maintenance practices in consultation with the Project Engineer. The Concessionaire shall regularly carry out the necessary preventive maintenance activities for the Project Facilities to ensure adherence to the Project Requirements throughout the Concession Period. All maintenance activities shall be planned and coordinated in such a way that the maintenance works shall generally be done during nights and holidays (if unavoidable) so as to cause least disturbance.
Quality Assurance Plan. The quality assurance plan shall include regulating procedures, methods and processes used to ensure compliance with the Technical Specifications detailed in Annex A and shall be documented, subject to the review and approval of ISR. The program shall be executed such that an acceptable level of quality of the supplied equipment is provided. The program shall conform to ISO 9001 standard. The concept of total quality assurance shall be based on the principle that quality is a basic responsibility of each segment of the Supplier's organization and shall be evidenced by: 22.1.1. Producible and inspect-able designs; 22.1.2. Firm procurement and job performance specifications; 22.1.3. Firm procedures for transmission of quality requirements and standards to Subcontractors and suppliers and ensuring their compliance; 22.1.4. Adequate testing to ensure repetitive product conformity to design requirements; 22.1.5. Total program surveillance and verification of physical conformance and configuration accountability.
Quality Assurance Plan. The COUNTY will evaluate the CONTRACTOR’s performance under this Contract using the quality assurance procedures as defined in Sub-paragraph 8.16 (County’s Quality Assurance Plan) of the Contract. 5.1 QUARTERLY MEETINGS Contractor is required to attend any scheduled meetings. Failure to attend will cause an assessment of fifty dollars ($50.00). 5.2 CONTRACT DISCREPANCY REPORT (TECHNICAL EXHIBIT 1) 5.2.1 Verbal notification of a Contract discrepancy shall be made to the COUNTY’S Project Manager as soon as possible whenever a Contract discrepancy is identified. The problem shall be resolved within a time period mutually agreed upon by the COUNTY and the CONTRACTOR.
