TRANS FATS. Any food item containing partially hydrogenated vegetable oil, shortening or margarine must contain less than .05 grams of trans fat per serving. Upon request of an Authorized User, and when available from a specification sheet, the actual amount of trans fat per 100 grams of product (0.1 gram increments) shall be provided to the requesting Authorized User.
