Common use of Transaction Reports Clause in Contracts

Transaction Reports. On each business day Subadviser shall provide to the Funds' custodian and the Funds' administrator information relating to all transactions concerning the Funds' assets that is reasonably necessary to enable the Funds' custodian and the Funds' administrator to perform their respective duties with respect to the Funds, and shall provide Manager with such information upon Manager's request. The Subadviser shall not be responsible for providing fund administration services, such as fund accounting and tax services, to the Funds.
