TRANSACTION WITH INVESTMENT ADVISOR. 9.2.1 Neither the Trustee or the Custodian (if Trustee has appointed another person as Custodian) nor the Investment Advisor or any of their Connected Persons including employees of the Investment Advisor, or a person who beneficially owns ten percent (10%) or more of the equity securities of the Scheme or of its Investment Advisor shall sell or purchase or deal in the sale of any Investment or enter into any other transaction with the Trust save in the capacity of an intermediary.
